Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) plays a crucial role in both inculcating and sustaining quality culture in Higher Educational Institutions. For continuous improvement of an institution, NAAC has been preferred the development of quality awareness among the centres of higher education in the country. Accordingly, Rukasen College, Bakalia has constitute its IQAC on 14th November 2017 in order to bring the quality culture of education, imparting by its learners on multi-cultural background as well as to enhance, sustain and assure the quality culture through innovative measures. Introspecting the goals and objectives of NAAC, IQAC of Rukasen College, Bakalia has been mobilising its resources to prepare students for facing the challenges of changing society. It has been working amidst beautiful socio-cultural and natural environment and monitoring well co-ordinated administrative organs, various cells/committees/ students’ body and the faculties.

1. To take systematic initiatives in favour of better academic excellence

2. To encourage as a leading force for quality education in the institution

3. To motivate various departments for creating learner-centric and edu-centric environment in the college using ICT tools in teaching learning process

4. To suggest for developing a culture-centric society free from blind belief and organising multi-cultural functions

5. To encourage faculties to organise seminars, workshops, practice teaching, initiate lecture sessions, excursions, picnics and any other academic related issues in respect of goals, and vision of the college.
