It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to Rukasen College, Bakalia, where I took charge as the Principal-in-Charge on 13 July 2026. Our college is an institution committed to academic excellence, character building, and the holistic development of every student.

Our mission is to provide quality higher education that nurtures knowledge, innovation, creativity, and ethical values while preparing students to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing world.

Guided by the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the college strives to create a learner-centred environment that promotes critical thinking, creativity, research, skill development, and community engagement.

Our dedicated faculty members work tirelessly to inspire and guide students through effective teaching, mentoring, and continuous academic support. Along with classroom learning, we encourage active participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities, sports, cultural programmes, NSS, and various extension activities to ensure the all-round development of every learner.

I urge all our students to make the best use of the opportunities and facilities provided by the college. Let us work together with discipline, dedication, and determination to achieve excellence and contribute meaningfully to society and the nation.
